(and that's the best case scenario!)

i've been finding myself less and less interested in using socials in the past few weeks and it's been GREAT!!!! i lost followers on instagram (i didn't mind!), i cancelled discord nitro (i don't use it anyway), i have almost stopped using snapchat (except to maintain a sentimental streak). and y'know what? thank GOD!
this blog archive & my journal have been more than sufficient. everything i love is on this site. everything! and nobody ever looks at it! it feels secure and safe - there are no eyes to impress and no hearts to fill but my OWN! and the rest of everything is in my journal, which nobody ever looks at! and i can decorate it to make ME happy, and i can write whatever I want to read, and it feels SAFE!
